Hi folks

Yeah I'm back ....... yet again. Been a long time this time round but you only have Egosoft and X-News to blame. Finally logged into my old hotmail account (you can blame them too for no longer deleting dormant accounts ;) ) and I read about X-Rebirth. Well if nothing else that requires a quick look in to see whats happening and when its coming out. Is it ready yet? ;)
Wonder if it will run on my PC - must rush into the main forum and demand answers :lol:

Anyways just wondering who else is still around - saw that a lot of the admins and mods appear the same but very few of the general members (i.e. the great unwashed :D ) that have frequented these parts over the last 12 years.

So if you are around pop in and say so or I'll have to hunt you down on other people's threads :D

Come on, Al, you can't fool us--even when you're "away" you pop into the forums every four months or so! The way you're talking you'd think you'd just come back from a slow trip to the dark side of Pluto... :P

Got to have been more than 7 months as I've been out my house for that long - very long story. Hmm you've got me curious now - will need to search for my own posts.

With the new game on route my presence should be alittle more constant - apologies in advance :D

Edit - thats fightening - just checked and I posted back in May about X-Rebirth :o

Nah thats an exaggeration - just the other side of the country. Makes for a 4 hour daily commute though - feels like going to pluto and back daily :)

Aha Sir Crashalot - how goes Castle Arggghhhhh these days? :)

Interesting Q from Emperor Jon - what constitutes an old timer? Couple of years membership, having played X-BTF when it came out? Remembering the big fracas with the guy who used to do the online broadcasts/rants whose name and crew/clan/bunch escapes me completely.

Also I keep getting issues when trying to post a reply - saying invalid session - please re-submit form? Anyone got any ideas? Maybe the forum is just getting its revenge for my wayward ways of recent times

Still a bit drafty old boy, what with the peasants trying to batter down the gate every other week, salt of the earth they are, I always say. :)

I only got a system powerful enough to run X3 (well) last year but then noticed that all the shops around here stopped selling it and I don't buy online so I'm a bit rusty on the old X scene nowdays. :oops:

The new one sounds interesting but I'll probably have the same issue with that too. :roll:

There's still quite a few of the old THQ crowd knocking about though most don't post regularly nowdays, apart from those with moderator tags. :wink:

Captured the Perseus for anyone lately? :D

LOL did I really type that? HAHA, I am in pain today.

My kid broke his door knob today and his 4 year old brother was stuck in the room, I over estimated the force needed to force the door open, and the rest is just pain!!!! I'll go fix that post right now heh.
